We’re looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Kitchen Staff to join our team. If you take pride in preparing fresh, flavorful drinks and desserts, and enjoy working behind the scenes in a warm, community-focused environment — we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Perform food and drinks preparation process by cutting, chopping, slicing, and making dough, washing fruits, and other ingredients
• Perform food and drink cooking by following the standard recipes and processes
• Follow all food, health, and safety requirements
• Maintain and store ingredients according to food safety regulations
• Assisting with the monitoring and organizing of inventory
• Control food costs and record any food waste
• Reporting all damaged or faulty equipment to supervisors/store managers
• Assist with the unloading of deliveries as needed
• Sweeping and mopping kitchen floors and restrooms as required
• Cleaning trash cans, all dishes, workstations, cooking equipment, and food storage areas, following food safety regulations
• Promote open communication amongst our team
• Acts with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture of a high-performance team
• Assists with new team member training
• Maintains regular and punctual attendance
• Meet store operating policies and standards
• Interact with customers as needed
• Perform all other tasks and duties as assigned

Qualifications

• At least 17 years of age
• Six months of minimum working experience in a similar industry or environment (preferred)
• Food handler certification
• Ability to work at least 20 hours per week
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
• Outgoing and friendly personality
• Possesses a strong sense of teamwork
• Demonstrates a professional and ethical working attitude
• Available to work flexible hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
• Ability to learn quickly and request clarification when needed
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long hours
